Thai Red Curry
Ingredients: Coconut Milk 75%, Red Thai Curry Paste 12% (red chilli22%, garlic, lemongrass, salt, shallots, galangal, shrimppaste, lime peel, pepper), Sugar, Fish Sauce 6%(anchovy extract 77%, salt, sugar).

Cooking Guidelines: If product is frozen, defrost first.
1. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil and stir-fry700g of slice chicken, pork, fish or tofu for 2 minutes or until brown.
2. For authenticity you can also add chopped spring onion, garlic, peppers, baby aubergines or peas and bamboo shoots.
